- Previous Experience: As a results oriented visionary, Judith has a proven record of success in generating wealth for nonprofit organizations in her 30-year career. Her background as a CEO and development director includes fundraising, event planning, annual and planned giving, donor and major gifts, capital campaigns, board and committee development and operating management. She is an expert presenter who has forged solid relationships in the corporate and philanthropic arenas. In 2009 and 2010 she led the mega-successful YWCA Hartford Region In the Company of Women luncheon, the largest fundraising luncheon in the Northeast with over 1,500 attendees that resulted in $500,000 in revenue.
- Current Accomplishments: Judith is a Suddes Group “For Impact” coach. The Suddes method has generated over $2 billion for organizations in 35 years based on founder Tom Suddes’s funding roadmap. Judith serves as a School Governance Coach with Leadership Greater Hartford and was recently the featured speaker for the Conference of Churches FaithWorks statewide conference where she gave a compelling presentation on Creating Multiple Streams of Revenue.
- Education and Civic Engagement: Judith holds dual BS degrees from CCSU. She served as the President of the Hartford Rotary Club from 2008-10 and is a multiple Rotary International Paul Harris Fellowship award recipient. A member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals, she is also a graduate of several leadership forums sponsored by The Hartford Foundation for Public Giving and Leadership Greater Hartford. Judith has been an “Agency Star” with the United Way and serves on numerous nonprofit committees and boards.
